Cut pieces: From 4mm thick in all material types and qualities in small and large quantities
Die cut pieces: Size and thickness a function of customer design requirements in all materials and grades

Routed pieces: Polyethylene (cross-linked and non cross-linked) can be routed; piece size restrictions apply depending on complexity of design

Profiled foam: (egg box). Most grades of polyurethanes (ethers and esters) can be profile cut from a 10mm base/10mm rise to 10mm base/80mm rise. Profiled foam is particularly useful for cushioning items with variable depths, e.g. circuit boards

Fabricated sections: Completed pack assemblies, corners and end caps in all materials. Few size restrictions. Foam pieces fabricated to corrugated base boards in all material grades. Fitments made up and positioned inside corrugated cases
